Biography
Talal holds a Master’s degree in Arabic
Language and Literature. He is a coordinator
in educational guidance at the Ministry of
Education and Higher Education in Lebanon, a trainer at
the Faculty of Pedagogy at the Lebanese University,
a professor at the Faculty of Law and Political and
Administrative Sciences, a member in the review
committees of the official exams in Lebanon, a member
in the international summit for the maintenance of the
Arabic language and a supervisor-coordinator in many
private educational institutions. He holds several
certificates in different fields related to education and
teaching.
