Biography
Mark Whittaker has 8 years of experience in teaching and learning, three of which in the
Middle East.
His experience covers all subjects at primary levels, with a particular interest in
Mathematics and
Mastery in a primary school setting. Mark has a passion for skill-based curricula and
believes all
students can succeed if a growth mindset is nurtured and created.
Mark holds a BA Honours in English and Education and a PGCE in Primary Education from
Manchester Metropolitan University in England. He has taught in the UK, UAE in both private
and
government sectors and has worked closely with teachers whilst working for Pearson in the
Middle
East as a UK Learning Consultant.
