Meet Hiba Zarari

Biography

Hiba Zarari graduated from the University of Jordan as an English Field Teacher. Twenty-two years ago, she has joined the Arab Model Schools as a trainee in the English Department. She held the position of an English teacher for ten years. After that, she became Head of the International Section. During the past twenty-two years, Hiba was involved in various teaching, training and development positions. Inspired by Socrates's quote, "I am a citizen, not of Athens, or Greece, but of the world", Hiba believes that this century’s students should not be limited to a country or a nation; they are rather citizens of the whole world. She therefore supports the integration of globalisation and the creation of Global Citizens in the learning and teaching process.
